Services. KHeart Care Home Care provides Alzheimer's Care, Companion Care, Senior Care, Disability Care, In-Home Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. KHeart Care Home Care (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. KHeart Care Home Care reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Cap on Damages. Liability of KHeart Care Home Care arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KHeart Care Home Care from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Term Changes. KHeart Care Home Care may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
